What is Arm Liposuction?
This procedure involves the removal of fat in both of the upper arms. Patients who undergo this procedure must be in good health, with localized fat deposits in the upper arm area.
How does it work?
Our surgeon will give you local anesthesia first to make an incision for him to be able to insert the cannula. The tumescent fluid is infiltrated into the fat to numb and breaks the fat, followed by the suctioning and removal of the fat.
Who is the Ideal Candidate?
The ideal candidate for arm liposuction is a person who has:
1. Reasonably in Good Health
2. Stubborn, excess fat in the upper arm area.
3. Good physical, mental and emotional health and should be free from any active diseases or other pre-existing medical conditions.

Is it painful?
It is done under local anesthesia, meaning you are fully awake but you will receive medicine to numb the area to block the pain.
Do lost fats return?
Unfortunately, it is possible for fat to return after liposuction. You need to maintain good exercise and proper diet.
How long do liposuction results last?
The final results of arm liposuction are generally long-lasting if you maintain your weight with diet and exercise.
How long is the recovery?
There will be minimal bruising and swelling for atleast 7 days. You will be given medication for swelling, pain and antibiotic. We suggest you wear a compression garment right after the procedure to push the loose skin to the muscle and for faster recovery and we advise you to come the next day for the dressing.
