Dutch Scientists researching Coronavirus patients who were admitted into Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital in the city of Nijmegen have found preliminary tests suggesting that Vitamin K contained in Cheese having built better respiratory resistance in fighting Covid-19.

These cheeses belong to a higher grade of cheese. Many consider it the gourmet variation of cheeses. Dr.Rob Janssen, a Scientist suggest that an increase in Vitamin K may help fight Covid-19.

A Dutch study on infections also found that eating cheese is associated with protection against the most common forms of Escherichia coli. This may suggest the potency of the benefits of cheese in fighting infections.
